•    All prices do not include the visitors’ tax of € 1.60 per person and day.
•    Final cleaning fee of  € 30.- per holiday apartment
•    Additional bed in double room or apartment per day 20 % on the regular room price
•    Additional breakfast € 8.- per person
•    Supplement for short says until 3 days € 6.- per person and day
•    On your arrival day you can enter the room at approx. 3:00 p.m.
•    On your departure day you should leave your room until 10:00 a.m.

Cancelation of the accommodation contract: Up to three months before the day of arrival of the guest, both contractual partners can cancel the accommodation contract without having to pay a cancellation fee. Up to one month before the stipulated day of arrival of the guest, the lodging contract can be cancelled by either party by means of a unilateral declaration of cancellation, but a cancellation fee of the cost of the room price for three days must be paid.  The court of Silz in Tyrol is the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of this contract
